Designed and Taught by Laurel Duran
Laurel Duran has been a practicing Certified Massage Therapist since 1979. Her personal experience with Self-healing can be found in the pages of her book "The BLUE CORD", the inspiring account of healing from a broken neck and complete paralysis after a near-death experience car crash. Laurel now runs 4 miles daily and continues to help private clients with therapeutic massage, energy release and spiritual support. Through the WISHNet Workshops, Laurel shares her knowledge and personal experience of Self-healing with participants.

Course Activities:In addition to learning about "body languages" that express for the spirit (the 7-Chakra System, the 12-Chakra System, Ayurvedic & Chinese medicine philosophies, and the Enneagram) participants will use paired sharing, group sharing, guided meditations, visualization, writing, drawing and movement.
